а там что? в студию
1. BILLING
Artist to be billed as STRIKE ANYWHERE.
2. LOAD IN / LOAD OUT
The promoter agrees to provide at least 2 sober and strong persons to help the artist load in all equipment at arrival and load out after the show/curfew. It is recommended that the loaders have access to a “hand-truck” that can roll equipment from the bus and/or trailer to the venue. If needed the artist will have access to 2 sober persons working as stage hands in connection to soundcheck and stage time. Please introduce these persons to the band on arrival so they know who they are.
3. SOUNDCHECK
The artist require 2 hours for set up and 1hour for soundcheck after set up. The main support band needs another 60 minutes for set up and sound check. This is of course presuming that the in house PA & monitor system is set up, connected and working fine. At festivals the artist requires at least a line check. The promoter can not, under any circumstances, affect the volume, unless it´s a matter of law.
4. DRESSING ROOMS
The promoter will supply one clean, heated, private and comfortable dressing room suitable for at least 10 persons for the sole use of the artists. There must be comfortable seats, a table, 2 x 110 V power outlets, one fridge, a mirror and a trashcan. Running water will be appreciated and so will toilet and shower facilities. If this is not possible in the dressing rooms it must be accessible and available for the artist’s sole use in direct nearness to the dressing room. The dressing rooms must be guarded by venue security from artists’ arrival to the artists’ departure.
5. PRODUCTION OFFICE
The tourmanager needs to have an area set aside for production. This area should contain either a dedicated phone line or, preferably, wireless (Wifi), DSL or Cable internet access. In addition, there should be access to a dedicated phone line for incoming calls (for interviews) and a fax machine. If a separate area can not be set aside for production, the tour manager must be able to use the venue production facilities (which should include internet access, a phone line for interviews and a fax machine).
5. TRANSPORT / PARKING
The band will travel in a van. For this they need a secured parking place free of charge for the duration of their stay. If a secured area is not available, the promoter must provide a security person to ensure that no damage Is done to the van. In the event that damages to the van are incurred they will be deemed the responsibility of the promoter.
6. SAFETY/SECURITY
The promoter is responsible for the artist’s and the artist´s equipment’s safety at the venue at all times. This means that the promoter will supply stage guards if necessary. The guards must agree with the artist what the audience will be allowed to do. All security persons must be available at least one hour prior to the start of the show (“doors”) to meet with the tour manager of the band to discuss this. In addition, the artist must be protected from thrown objects, flying bodies, etc. while on stage. No violence and no fascist attitudes from either side will be tolerated or accepted. It is the promoters responsibility to have proper liability insurance and equipment insurance.
7. SPONSORSHIP
If the event is sponsored or co-presented by a commercial or non-commercial company, or done as a benefit for a cause this must be agreed in advance by the artist. No advertising whatsoever will be allowed to be on the stage if not agreed to in advance by the artist.
8. PERFORMANCE REPRODUCTION PROHIBITED
The promoter will ensure that no recording, filming or broadcasting for commercial purposes shall be made of any part of the artists performance without specific agreement from the artists representative. Please note that it´s ok for regular people to take photos, film on “amatuer” equipment etc.
9. GUESTLIST
The artist, artists management and record company shall be allowed to have a free guestlist of 20 persons / show. Press people will not be let in for free unless they appear on this list.
10. PAYMENT
The artist´s payment shall be paid in cash directly after the performance to the tourmanager unless otherwise is clearly stated in writing.
11. MERCHANDISE
The promoter agrees to provide a well lit space for the band and their support to sell merchandise. No percentage of the band’s profits may be taken by the venue or promoter, or anyone else. The band will be able to sell as many items (t-shirts, hoodies, Cds, Lps, etc.) as they see fit.

If dinner is served at venue or venue’s restaurant the artist must have the possibility to eat at least three hours before stage time. The dinner must be of very good quality and not cold. We’d like side salads, various drinks and bread included. All portions must be of “satisfying” sizes.
PLEASE NOTE! 1 member of the touring party is vegan. This means that they will not eat anything that comes from animals (incl. milk, eggs, cream etc). This is extremely important, not only for the dinner, but also when you buy bread etc. Please call the band’s tour manager in ADVANCE if you have ANY questions whatsoever.
