Thank you for taking time to carefully examine this concert agreement rider. The various requirements of this agreement are an attempt to eliminate as many mechanical, logistical, and operational errors as possible. Please feel free to contact us concerning any part of this rider that may seem confusing or not applicable to your situation. Don’t forget to send back to 111@111.11 filled last page of this rider. Please, take it serious, we need full information about venues (maps or shemas “how to get it for foreign dummies”) and info about promoters. Thats all makes our trip well organized. Please spend 30 minutes of your time to fill it – it will safe a lot our of nerves in future.

PARKING IN THE VENUE:
Please provide a safe parking-spot for 1 VAN and 1 COMBY CAR close to the venues loading entrance if its possible.
FILM AND DISCUSSION BEFORE THE SHOW:
Before the gig we want to show film (its about 40 min. long). We will take player for it (notebook), but promoters need to organise projector (with standart VGA and small-jack cabels) and screen. We need some time after film, to answer the crowd questions.
BAND BACKLINE:
Cabinets + Amps
2 guitar cabinets
1 bass cabinet
2 guitar amps
1 bass amp
Drumkit:
1 full drumset
Hardware:
Stands, cymbals, snare, pedal, drumseat
Other bands can use just guitar and bass cabinets, and drumset, (but without cymbals, snare, and pedal). And if some part broken after using it, then other bands or promoters have to refund that.
Amps, guitars, can’t be used by other bands.
It will be good to have safe backstage room for our stuff and for having rest before/after gig.
On the stage:

Organisators must provide 3 microphones and frontline in the club. Monitors is not important (if the venue is small), but anyway we will be very happy to have it. Through the concert, at the stage must be 6 bottles of still mineral water for band.
MERCHANDISING:
Band will be selling some benefit merchandise (T-shirts, cd’s) at the venue.
2 merch-tables + 2 chairs need to be provided for the band.
CATERING + HOSPITALITY:
Warm VEGAN/VEGETARIAN meal for the band + drivers (10 persons) before or after gig
Small breakfast in the morning (10 persons) at the sleeping place.
if you can provide some snacks, fruit, sandwiches before the warm food that would be great.
Also provide some bottles of water (without gas), or if possible some other kind of drink like, juice, cola, coffee, tea...
Promoter will arrange 10 sleeping-places (all guys carry sleeping bags)
Band + drivers need the opportunity to take a shower in the evening or morning as they like if possible.
STUFF FOR PROMOTERS:
At attached files on email, you can find our logo (in CDR), tour poster. If you need something more, write to us.
ну и последняя страница заполняется организатором, там адрес, вся информация о концерте, замечания всякие и т.д.
дальше уже решаются отдельные проблемы, типа гдето нет парковки, где то есть вопросы по использованию аппарата, где то по спальным местам есть вопросы. именно для этого нужен райдер, не для кидания понтов и вымогания джек дэниэлсов, а именно для нормального понимания, как должен быть организован концерт, чтобы не возникало взаимных проблем. естественно группа должна понимать - чем скромнее райдер, тем больше вероятность, что организатор и группа выйдет в плюс, и останутся довольны друг другом.
